Warm thanks to François Avril for bringing the Peter Kiefer and Antiquäriat Bengt leaves to my attention. He also tells me that Antiquitäten Bendt had the St Barbara leaf in 2014, and the Visitation (identified as the Holy Virgin and St. Anna) was offered by Bubb Kuyper in 2010, but I cannot locate images online for either.
